SN Jewellery Company all products do not provide return service. However, We have a 7 days exchange policy for ready-made items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
SNJ does not offer exchange for international customers due to logistic reasons.
Our exchange policy is not applicable to any bespoke items.
SNJ products must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original box and packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
