Delivery time of goods
*In stock items: 3-4 working days of receipt of payment and we will email you if there are any delays. (Note: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
*Make to order (Item not in stock) : May takes 4-5 weeks to be completed, most of the products will be produced after the order is placed. In order to ensure the quality, each product will be carefully checked before shipping. We will be in touch to confirm with you. Thank you for your patience.
Delivery
Hong Kong / Macao Order
We provide free shipping service. If you purchase any product online, all orders will be handled by SF Express. You can also choose SF Smart locker to pick up the product. After the package is sent, we will provide the tracking code with an Email notification.

International Order
Shipping costs will be included when checking out. Some countries may have an extra shipping cost, we will contact you for the extra payment if required.
SNJ will not be responsible for any tax, customs fee or any other extra costs that may occur in shipping. The customer is responsible for all these excessive payments.
All international orders will be handled by FedEx, DHL, and SF Express, subject to the recipient's address.
Expected delivery time for international orders will be around 6-7 working days based on customs clearance if required.
